Patient Ordering System – Stripe Connect

Required Information: Before you begin the registration process you will require the following information.
- Business ABN and ACN
- phone number
- Email address
- Company name
- Legal name & address of the account holder
- Industry type
- Business website
- Financial institution details
- Applicants ID (e.g., Drivers License)
The information provided to Stripe must be accurate to comply with anti-money laundering regulation. If there are errors or incorrect information your application will be denied.
1. Log into your practitioner account
2. Connect to Stripe Payment System
- - You must have an approved account before proceeding.
- - If you do not already have a practitioner account, please register at www.prolon.com.au
Once you have logged in, click on the Stripe Connect button.
Follow the instructions using the required information (see above) to verify your account.
Important note: After submission you will receive an email notification from stripe to verify the information provided. The email MUST be confirmed to complete enrollment (check junk folders). An additional SMS verification may be required. *Payments are processed automatically via Stripe monthly.
Patient Ordering Process
1. Patients can place their order via this link: Order Here - Alternatively, use the QR code below – this can be printed and given to patients.
The link above will take them to the practitioner locator page – simply type in the name of the practitioner.
- The patient will then input their shipping info and pay L-Nutra/ProLon Australia directly and we will ship their order to them with free domestic shipping.
Stripe Connect Payments
Once your patient has placed their order, Stripe Connect will automatically set up the rebate payment linked to your account and pay out monthly. As long the patient has used the link above and found their correct practitioner, the order will be linked to your account. You can track your patient referrals and view your order history on your account home page.
Once your patient has ordered through your account, you will accrue a $29 rebate from each box order placed (inc GST).
You can still access the wholesale boxes from your account for a flat fee of $240 (inc GST) per box. You can then provide the product up to the RRP of $288 at your discretion. This option is a manual process, and you will need to order stock to your clinic and provide to your patients directly.
